Repetitive Motion Injuries are among the most common injuries in the United States. Arm pain can be debilitating -- keeping you from doing the things you love. Don't let hand, wrist, elbow or arm pains slow you down. Armaid is a simple, cost-effective treatment designed to keep you at your best at home, work or play.
A Quick Tour of Armaid
Virtually all the muscles that make hand and grip movement possible are located in your forearm. Whenever you type on a computer, play a musical instrument or hold a hammer - anything you use your hands for, these are the muscles that do the work. These muscles are attached to bones by tendons at either end of your forearm, at the elbow and through the wrist into the hand and fingers. When your muscles become chronically tight, they pull on these attachments, causing pain and other symptoms.
What is Armaid? Armaid is a breakthrough, self-administered, massage device.
It is designed for people suffering from repetitive strain injuries (including carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and tendonitis) to the forearm, wrist, hand and elbow who are willing to take action for their own health.

How to Use Armaid There are two distinct therapy methods of using Armaid.
First, place your arm between the therapy roller and the support roller and squeeze the handles with your free hand to apply pressure. Slowly stroke your arm to allow fresh blood and nutrients into tight muscle tissue. Become aware of where certain spots that are more tender than others. Secondly, place the center ball on any sore spots you may have found and exert pressure on that spot and hold while you stretch the muscle that has the soreness. This reduces adhesions and relaxes tight muscles.
